This series documents the activities of Phillip E. Areeda while on the staff of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Areeda was Special Assistant and later Assistant Special Counsel to the President. He helped draft and research White House staff studies dealing with economic policy, international economic relations, and legal matters.
